ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

All schools should start a littler later. 75 percent of schools start earlier than 8:30 AM in more than 40 states. If times were to be pushed a little later to attend to school, there would be much more participation in classrooms because the students would feel more energized. As well as grades would go up. And maybe an increase in attendance and less tardies. Some students would like the time to be pushed and it’s not only a win for them, but those who drive. More students awake on the road means less car accidents. And, more time to get ready!

UPDATE: JUST KIDDINNNGGG! I switched my topic to changing gun laws :/

UPDATE AGAIN: JUST KIDDDINNG IM SWITHCING BACK AGAIN! :)

DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP

D i  g i t a l  Ci t e z e n s h i p... what I'll be working on this year. Now that I have this blog that "a lot" of people will be reading. I could share what I will be doing this year with it. Using my iPad responsibly, respectfully, and safely. Let's see how well that goes. I think I'll succeed, somewhat. Other than using my iPad for homework, and in school. I really have no use to use my S C H O O L iPad outside of school. Going along with the idea of respectful, no negativity will be coming out of me while using my iPad. Or, at all.   |C R E D I T S  T O  MS. HAURY|

|NEWS THIS WEEK|

I bet many have heard of the tragedy that happened this weekend. It was a Mandalay Bay shooting. On Sunday night at 10:08 pm, Stephen Paddock starter shooting. Straight from Mandalay Bay Hotel, to a Las Vegas concert. He shot from the 32th floor, the impact was rough. While he was shooting, he was recording. The shooting stopped at 10:19. Amazingly, Stephen shot 400 yards away from the concert. If I haven't mentioned before, Jason Aldean was the one on stage during the shooting. He was joyfully singing on stage when he heard the first gunshots. The tone of his voice went down. Jason describes the concert as "horrific". In total, there was 59 deaths. Including the shooter.
